In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To open and maintain a ph536 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted).
• You are not a resident of or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• You are not accessing ph536 as an agent, proxy, or representative of another person for gambling purposes.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or close family member of an employee of ph536 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You have not previously been subject to a self-exclusion or permanent ban from ph536 or any affiliated platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

ph536 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual may hold only one (1) ph536 Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or device identifiers, constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering a ph536 Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your legal full name as it appears on a government-issued ID.
• A valid Philippine mobile number (+63 prefix) or email address.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A secure, unique password for your Account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph536 Account credentials. ph536 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify ph536 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account.

ph536 operates a KYC verification program. Identity verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal exceeding ₱50,000 per day. Acceptable KYC documents include a Philippine passport, UMID card, SSS/GSIS ID, driver's license, or other government-issued photo ID. ph536 may request additional documents at its reasonable discretion to meet anti-money laundering obligations.

ph536 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and cryptocurrency. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed where possible, with potential account suspension pending investigation.

• Minimum single deposit: ₱100.
• GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your ph536 Wallet instantly.
• Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 10–30 minutes during banking hours.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of network confirmations being achieved.
• ph536 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to a ph536 Wallet and used in wagering.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted for funds that constitute "Real Money Balance" — meaning deposited funds and winnings from which all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Bonus Funds that have not yet met wagering requirements are not withdrawable.

• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals: targeted processing within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts.
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfers: typically within 1–3 business hours.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals: processed within the applicable network confirmation period, typically under 10 minutes.
• Withdrawals pending KYC verification may be held until verification is completed.

• Minimum single withdrawal: ₱200.
• KYC documentation required for withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 per day.
• Withdrawals will, to the extent practicable, be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (return-to-source policy).
• ph536 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that it deems unusual or high-risk, which may extend processing times.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or terms violation, ph536 may withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation and, if required, report to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities.

ph536 offers promotional bonuses including but not limited to: welcome match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are governed by these general terms as well as the specific terms associated with each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• All bonus offers are available to eligible ph536 Members only. ph536 reserves the right to exclude any Member from a promotion at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements (WR) must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. WR is applied to the bonus amount only, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion.
• Maximum cashout from bonus winnings may be capped — the applicable cap is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period.
• ph536 may withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time with notice where practicable.
• Attempting to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or deliberately low-risk wagering strategies to meet WR — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.

All games available on the ph536 platform operate under the rules specified within each individual game's interface. In the event of any inconsistency between those in-game rules and these Terms and Conditions, the in-game rules shall prevail for game-specific disputes.

• All slot and virtual table games use independently certified RNG technology to produce outcomes that are statistically random and unpredictable.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot titles. These represent long-term theoretical returns and do not guarantee specific session outcomes.
• Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in licensed studios. All live game rounds are recorded, and the records are available for dispute resolution purposes.
• Crash game outcomes are generated using provably fair algorithms, the seed values for which are made available to players for independent verification.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a technical error affects a game session, ph536 will credit the original wager amount to the affected Member's Wallet.
• Bets placed after a game round has commenced — including any malfunction period — may be declared void at ph536's discretion.
• Sports betting markets and odds are subject to change prior to the commencement of the relevant event. Bets accepted at a specific price will be honoured at that price, subject to the settlement rules for each market.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph536 platform:

1. Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or using false identity information.
2. Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other time.
3. Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the platform in a manner not available to all other Members.
4. Collusion with other Members, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
5. Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — including refusing to cease using a malfunctioning game after becoming aware of the error.
6. Engaging in money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any other financial crime using the ph536 platform, in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (RA 9160, as amended) and the Terrorism Financing Prevention and Suppression Act (RA 10168).
7. Chargebacks — initiating a payment dispute or reversal through a payment provider for funds validly deposited and used on the ph536 platform.
8. Systematic abuse of promotional offers, including "bonus hunting" through deliberate stake manipulation solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal variance.
9. Accessing ph536 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
10. Permitting or facilitating access to your Account by a minor under 21 years of age.

ph536 is committed to responsible gaming. The platform recognizes that for a small minority of players, gambling can develop into a problematic behavior. ph536 provides the following tools to help all Members maintain control of their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps from Account Settings. Changes to lower limits take effect immediately; increases to limits are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month. When a loss limit is reached, access to wagering is automatically suspended for the relevant period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure pop-up alerts at intervals of your choosing to inform you of elapsed session time.
• Cool-Off Periods: Suspend Account access for a defined period — 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days — during which wagering is not possible.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your ph536 Account with exclusion from re-registration for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible during the exclusion period and take effect immediately upon submission.

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by ph536 is governed by the ph536 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By creating a ph536 Account, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.

ph536 processes personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. This includes collecting only data necessary for account operation, verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance, and retaining it only for as long as required by applicable law or legitimate business purpose.

All content on the ph536 platform — including but not limited to software, game code, visual design, graphics, logos, trademarks, marketing materials, text content, and data — is either owned by ph536 or licensed to ph536 by its game providers and content partners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any ph536 intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of any ph536 platform content without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use constitutes an infringement of ph536's intellectual property rights and may result in civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph536 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical error, loss of data, unauthorized account access resulting from your own negligence, or interruption to platform availability.

ph536's aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph536 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, and third-party infrastructure failures may result in temporary unavailability. ph536 will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned downtime where practicable.

ph536 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud or criminal activity, failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period, or at ph536's discretion where it determines that the Member's continued use of the platform presents an unacceptable risk.

Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, withdrawable balances will be returned to the Member's verified payment account within a reasonable period.

Members who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting ph536 support via live chat or by using the self-exclusion tool in Account Settings. Upon voluntary closure, any withdrawable balance will be processed via the Member's verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

ph536 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email notification to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the ph536 platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the ph536 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision took effect. We recommend reviewing these Terms and Conditions periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations as a ph536 Member.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be submitted to ph536's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support via the live chat facility.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph536's internal process within 30 days of submission, either party may refer the matter to arbitration in the Philippines in accordance with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act of 2004 (Republic Act No. 9285). The language of arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a competent Philippine court where necessary to protect its rights pending arbitration.
